Free Admission to the Aquarium for Elementary and Jr. High Schoolers in May 4 and 5, 2013!

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium gives you a special offer!!
All Elementary and Jr. High schoolers can enter our Aquarium for free during Golden Week!!

<Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium Dates of Free Admission>

【Dates】

May 4, 2013(Sat. / holiday) 8:30~21:00*
May 5, 2013(Sun. / holiday)8:30~21:00*

【Intended applicants】

Elementary and Jr. High schoolers 　　*Under 6 years old is admission free as usual.

【Note】 Advance tickets which you have bought outside of our aquarium as convenience stores or travel agencys are not refundable at our Aquarium.Please inquire of the store where you bought.

*Special Days:Opening Hours are extended for 1 hour at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium during 3 days from May 3 to 5, 2013. (21:00 closed, 20:00 last admission)

The busiest time of day is from approx. 11:00 to 16:00 at our Aquarium. There are fewer visitors in the early evening (approx. after 16:00) and also you can enjoy using “After 4 PM tickets” , when the admission fee becomes uniformly 30 % off.

Operating hour will be changed from March 1st, 2013

Operating hour of Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Oceran Expo Park will be changed to Summer term (Mar. – Sep.) from March 1st, 2013.

●Last admission time to the Aquarium is 1 hour before the closing time.

●Last admission time to the other facilities is 30 mins before the closing time.

*1 Road from the Aquarium Exit to North Gate, Central Gate including P3, P4, P5 and P7, Park Information Center and Restrooms are related to the group.

*2 Okichan Theater, Dolphin Lagoon, Sea Turtles Pool and Manatee Pool are related to the group.

Extended opening hours (from Dec.23 to Jan.14)

The illumination event in the Ocean Expo Park is held for the first time.
Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is also open until 8:00 p.m. during a period from 23 Dec 2012 to 14 Jan 2013.
Enjoy the beautifully illuminated night of the Ocean Expo Park!

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is closed on December 5 and 6, 2012

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is closed
on December 5 (Wed) and December 6 (Thu), 2012

Ocean Expo Park and its all facilities including Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium are closed on December 5 (Wed) and 6 (Thu), 2012, for maintenance and safety checks of the facilities.
On December 4 (Tue) and 7 (Fri), 2012, the opening hours will be extended for 1 hour at Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium as Special Days, which therefore opens until 19:30 (last admission 18:30).
